If this sounds like you, we'd be excited to meet you.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- You have experience in quality functions within manufacturing, automotive, defense, heavy industry, or similar sectors.
- You are familiar with quality assurance methodologies and quality management systems.
- You have a good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- You have experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- You are knowledgeable in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and PPAP.
- You have expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- You have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- You are proactive, result-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
- You have a good command of English.

What Do We Expect From You?
- Ensure product and process quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing operations.
- Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support customer, supplier, and internal quality activities.
- Conduct investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in audits and ensure effective follow-up of findings.
- Support or manage measurement, inspection, and validation activities.
- Analyze quality metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing excellence.
- Promote a strong quality culture throughout the organization.
- Depending on experience and role level, lead quality teams and support organizational development.
