Why You?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• You have experience in quality functions within manufacturing, automotive, defense, heavy industry, or similar sectors.
• You are familiar with quality assurance methodologies and quality management systems.
• You have a good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• You have experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• You are knowledgeable in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and PPAP.
• You have expertise in at least one of the following areas:

Process&Product Quality

• You have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• You are proactive, result-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• You have a good command of English.

What Do We Expect From You?

• Ensure product and process quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing operations.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support customer, supplier, and internal quality activities.
• Conduct investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in audits and ensure effective follow-up of findings.
• Support or manage measurement, inspection, and validation activities.
• Analyze quality metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing excellence.
• Promote a strong quality culture throughout the organization.
• Depending on experience and role level, lead quality teams and support organizational development.
