Quality Engineer

• Profoundly familiar with the quality requirements, performance indicators and inspection standards of aluminum, iron and other metal materials, master the defect analysis methods and quality improvement skills of metal materials;
• Skilled in using quality analysis tools (5Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, SPC, etc.) and professional metal material testing equipment, able to independently complete defect root cause analysis and formulate quality improvement plans;
• Familiar with the quality management system (ISO9001, etc.) and the formulation/optimization of quality management documents, with strong document writing and technical interpretation ability;
• Able to read professional engineering drawings and metal material technical specifications independently, and have a clear understanding of the stamping, welding, surface treatment and other processes of cookware.

• Experience in team coordination and basic team management, including task allocation and performance follow-up.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to respond quickly to quality issues during cookware production.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with production, R&D, purchasing, and warehouse teams to improve product quality.
• Responsible and detail-oriented, with the potential to grow into a quality department leadership role.

• Provide technical quality support for metal materials (aluminum, iron, etc.) to IQC, FQC/OQC and production inspectors, helping identify defects and solve quality issues during cookware production and inspection.
• Regularly monitor production processes (stamping, welding, surface treatment, assembly, etc.), guide operators on correct procedures, and prevent batch quality defects.
• Deliver training and guidance on quality standards, inspection methods and product specifications to quality staff and production teams to improve overall quality awareness.
• Support the purchasing team and SQM in evaluating new suppliers, verifying raw material quality, and defining incoming inspection standards for metal materials.

• Collect and analyze quality defect data across the production process (incoming materials, production, finished goods, shipments), focusing on typical metal-related issues such as material composition problems, stamping cracks, welding defects, corrosion, or coating failures.
• Use quality tools (5Why, Fishbone, 8D) to identify root causes of recurring or batch defects and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Track the implementation and effectiveness of improvement actions, verify results, and document improvements to prevent similar issues in the future.
• Support the handling of customer quality complaints, analyze returned products, propose solutions, and coordinate improvements with production and R&D teams to increase customer satisfaction.

• Support the development and improvement of quality management documents, including metal material standards, production quality specifications, inspection guidelines, and non-conforming product procedures.
• Update inspection standards and defect criteria when new aluminum/iron materials or production processes are introduced, ensuring quality documents remain practical and up to date.
• Review inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation to ensure accuracy and support product quality traceability.
• Monitor industry standards and international quality requirements, providing recommendations to improve the company’s quality management system (e.g., ISO 9001).

• Coordinate daily tasks within the quality team, supporting inspection, defect analysis, and quality improvement activities.
• Monitor team performance, provide technical guidance, and help team members solve quality-related issues.
• Organize regular quality meetings to review issues, share improvements, and increase team efficiency.
• Support the supervisor in team development, training, and performance evaluation, gaining experience for future quality leadership roles.

• Support the quality inspection team in special inspections and sampling tests of aluminum and iron cookware, using testing equipment to verify key material properties such as hardness, composition, and corrosion resistance.
• Participate in new product trials and production validation, evaluating the suitability of metal materials and proposing improvements to material selection and manufacturing processes together with the R&D team.
• Assist with the maintenance and calibration of quality testing equipment, ensuring accurate measurements and resolving minor technical issues when needed.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, including defect analysis and quality improvement results, and submit them to management.
• Continuously develop knowledge in metal material testing, quality management, and cookware industry standards.
• Participate in internal and external quality training and knowledge sharing, applying best practices to improve company quality performance.
• Complete other quality-related tasks assigned by the supervisor and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality department.
