The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our production team. If you are a proactive professional who thrives in a technical environment and values precision, you will find a great place to grow with us.
- Education: You hold a degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, Electro-mechanics, or Electronics.
- English Proficiency: A high level of written and spoken English is essential, as it forms the basis of all our professional communication, technical documentation, and customer interactions.
- Organizational Skills: You are precise, methodical, and possess excellent administration and planning skills.
- Soft Skills: You are a self-starter who can take initiative. You have the drive to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Mindset: You enjoy working in a production facility where aiming for "Right First Time" quality is part of your nature.
- Technical Literacy: * Broad knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
- The ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams/schematics is considered a significant asset.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar function or domain is a benefit, but not a necessity for the right candidate.

As a Product Engineer, you will support the engineering department in bridging the gap between design and mass production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Documentation: Preparing and checking the necessary technical files and documentation for assigned projects.
- Cost Calculation: Assisting in the preparation of cost calculations for new and existing projects.
- Technical Analysis: Critically reviewing technical, electrical, and mechanical data. You will ensure that only the "fully finalized design" enters the production phase.
- Production Support: Providing daily follow-up and assistance for all project dossiers. You will coordinate with production support teams during series production.
- Prototyping & Collaboration: Ensuring seamless cooperation with the production team from the prototype phase onwards to guarantee manufacturability.
- Troubleshooting: Assisting in identifying arising problems on projects and finding efficient, effective solutions.
- Change Management: Learning to coordinate product and process changes (Engineering Change Management) within the production flow.
- Technical Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of electrical components, wire harnesses, and assembly systems.
