As Quality Assurance Specialist (QA Specialist) you support the Quality Manager in the implementation and daily coordination of quality assurance in the various departments of the production plant of Romania. This means among other things that you will:
- further develop and optimise the HACCP plans, based on risk analysis, and carry out the necessary validations
-carry out internal inspections and internal audits, based on the applicable guidelines and requirements, in accordance with the IFS standard and customer requirements.
You are responsible for drawing up trend analyses, and internal reports (foreign bodies, complaints about raw materials, etc.). On the basis of these analyses, you propose improvements, draw up action plans and implement them on the work floor, while respecting the deadlines. You constantly evaluate these action plans and implementation and adjust where necessary.
You formulate improvement proposals concerning the further development of the quality system, and implement these in the quality manual and on the work floor by means of procedures and work instructions.
You organise the different activities concerning external lab analyses, pest control and calibrations.
You organise and provide staff training on hygiene, good manufacturing practices and food safety.
You report to the Quality Manager of La Lorraine Romania.
