- open Events in Capri Tool
- ensuring immediate actions are launched and effective,
- coordinate RCA with MFT
- immediate Containment Actions are implemented by any other Production Organisation Approval (POA) organization impacted downstream,
- pre-analyzing the Event to identify the potential organization(s) involved in the Root Cause Analysis,
- creating and sending AP9S to relevant organizations,
- equesting takeover by another organization if needed,
- checking and verifying implemented AP9S and associated PPS,
- verifying that recorded information is understandable and addressing the requirements for Corrective Action(s),
- ensuring and verifying Corrective Action(s) have eliminated the issue,
(no further impact where it was detected and all along impacted supply chain) and preventive actions have been timely defined - Closing the Event when it is confirmed, that the effectiveness of implemented actions are confirmed, the AP9S are completed including PPS actions, evidence supporting the analysis and the actions are recorded or referred to in CAPRI Tool.
