Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, good organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience with at least one test automation framework (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins) and version control systems (Git)
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Demonstrates ownership, responsibility, and a team-player mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a flexible and results-oriented approach
- ISTQB certification is a plus

- Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for web applications
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications
- Ensure each release meets quality standards before production deployment
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using test automation tools
- Execute automated tests, analyse results, and report defects clearly and accurately
- Analyse requirements and specifications to identify test scenarios and edge cases
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve product quality
