Join our team as a Support Engineer Mid, where you’ll handle escalated incidents, mentor junior staff, and ensure smooth IT operations across both office and production environments. Key Responsibilities
Incident Resolution & Troubleshooting
- Resolve escalated IT incidents that first-level support cannot handle, including advanced
- troubleshooting of PCs, MES applications, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in deploying and configuring specialized IT/OT systems for the plant.
- Create troubleshooting guides and update the knowledge base.
- Mentor junior support engineers and contribute to ITIL-based process improvements.
- Manage endpoint security alerts and device compliance in coordination with the security team.
- Handle device enrollment and remote actions via MDM tools (e.g., Intune, ManageEngine).
