Candidatul Ideal
- Completed apprenticeship or vocational training (commercial, technical or industrial)
- Organized and reliable working style
- At least 3 years experience in a similar administrative or coordination role; experience in QA is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Very good written and spoken English and Romanian
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

- Assist in preparing quality-related documentation and supporting the creation of project-specific QA materials
- Handle international communication with customers and suppliers on behalf of the QA team
- Support the organization and coordination of inspections involving clients or external inspection bodies
- Maintain and update schedules, tracking lists and other QA-related overviews
- Ensure proper filing, organization and upkeep of documents within the Quality Assurance department
