University degree, architectural or civil engineering or similar;
Project management experience, office and field experience;
Design skills;
Market knowledge skills;
AUTOCAD skills, Microsoft applications;
English and other languages;
Driving license.

Project Managers & Real Estate expert (Junior Architects or Civil Engineers)

Organize, supervise, and prioritize real estate projects, including permitting for demolitions, repairs, development, extensions, renovations, etc.
Align project management standards with the operational requirements of functional properties, together with the operating and technical teams;
Design interior, exterior or urbanistic surfaces and projects that can be used for technical configurations, budget preparations and decision making;
Keep balance between office work and field work, between engineering design and project execution supervision;
Identify opportunities and coordinate with third partners and collaborating staff to execute action-plans, budgets, business plans, etc. also tendering and negotiating prices and timeframes;
Understand and analyze all architectural and electrical, mechanical, HVAC installations and civil and urbanistic technical requirements and parameters of real estate projects;
Coordinate assignments, schedules, budgets and deliverables and report to the management and the Board.
