- Plan and monitor project progress from bidding to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Act as the main liaison between the client, production teams, and field installation teams to ensure smooth, efficient collaboration.
- Analyze customer requests and translate them into clear technical requirements for production, considering feasibility, timelines, and costs.
- Work closely with the production team to evaluate technical solutions and communicate them professionally to clients.
- Track project evolution and address issues or bottlenecks promptly.
- Ensure transparency through constant communication, status updates, and reporting.
- Follow up with clients after project completion to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in internal performance analysis (costs, volumes, profitability) and propose optimization measures.
