- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Power BI, dashboards, and project KPIs.
- Very good English skills (written & spoken).

- Ability to drive change across teams and influence without authority.
- 1–4 years experience in project management, PMO, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Experience in cross-functional or international environments.

The Specialist Strategic Projects supports the global strategic agenda of the division through effective coordination, management, and monitoring of the strategic project portfolio. The role acts as a bridge between project teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring transparency, process digitalization, and high-quality project reporting.
