We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production and Maintenance Manager with strong experience in managing industrial operations, production, maintenance and technical and operational teams.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Higher technical or engineering education, preferably in production management, industrial management or a related field.
• Experience in managing an industrial plant, production facility or complex operational site.
• Knowledge of maintenance management, operation of machinery, industrial equipment and technical infrastructure.
• Experience in planning, organizing and supervising production processes and maintenance activities.
• Team management skills.
• Strong awareness of the importance of workplace safety and readiness to consistently enforce HSE standards in the daily operation of the plant.
• Ability to analyze, identify risks and implement corrective and optimization actions.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational and communication skills.
• Practical management approach, accountability and ability to work in a dynamic industrial environment.
• Communicative level of English.

As Production and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the plant, ensuring production continuity, process efficiency, quality, safety and profitability.
The person in this role will define and implement the plant’s operational strategy in line with the company’s objectives, supervise production and technical activities, manage operational teams and ensure that the plant operates in compliance with quality, environmental and HSE requirements.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, organizing and supervising all operational processes of the plant.
• Coordinating operations and ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, standards and legal requirements.
• Supervising the production of concrete and precast concrete elements in accordance with certified recipes, procedures, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Ensuring efficient internal logistics, material flow and proper organization of operational activities.
• Ensuring the execution of production plans in line with quality, technological, scheduling and cost requirements.
• Monitoring operational performance indicators and implementing corrective, preventive and optimization actions.
• Ensuring production continuity and maximum availability of installations, machinery and equipment.
• Organizing and supervising maintenance, repair, servicing and modernization activities related to plant equipment and technical infrastructure.
• Planning preventive actions to minimize the risk of failures, downtime and unplanned stoppages.
• Supervising the proper operation of machinery, equipment and technological installations, and ensuring their compliance with legal requirements and safety standards.
• Managing production, maintenance and other subordinate teams.
• Setting objectives, organizing team work, monitoring performance and ensuring work discipline and compliance with procedures.
• Developing employee competencies and building a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Supervising quality systems, process control and analysis of test and inspection results.
• Managing non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensuring a safe working environment, preventing occupational risks and enforcing HSE standards.
• Managing the plant’s technical, human and financial resources.
• Taking responsibility for budget execution, operational cost optimization and profitability improvement.
• Planning and supervising investments and development projects.
• Maintaining cooperation with customers, suppliers, external partners, group representatives, administrative authorities and inspection bodies.
• Preparing operational, technical and financial reports for management.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of technical, quality and regulatory documentation.

The role includes responsibility for the overall operational, technical and financial performance of the plant, as well as authority to make strategic and operational decisions affecting efficiency, safety and profitability.
