Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in economics or from a technical university (i.e. civil engineering / mechanical engineering or similar) or any other university with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
•Proven experience in procurement, preferably within rail infrastructure, but it is not mandatory condition
•Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Very good writing and communication skills in Romanian and English language.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

•Identify potential suppliers / subcontractors, conduct suppliers’ / subcontractors’ evaluations, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
•Collaborate closely with tender and project management teams to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials / services.
