- Manage, control and oversee the procurement processes for Studios, Operations and Technical teams.
- Manage, control and oversee Studio inventories for all global studios.
- Manage, control and oversee procurement procedures, tutorials and guidelines.
- Manage, control and oversee all logistical aspects of operations: shipping, delivery, custom processes, costs, insurance etc.
- Manage, control and oversee approved vendors and suppliers’ lists.
- Source and onboard new vendors and suppliers
- Manage, control and oversee all accounting and financial aspects of the procurement processes.
- Collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders for the successful management of projects.
- Planning and executing procurement plans for supporting different projects, initiatives and tasks.
- Act as the main point of contact with gaming equipment providers.
- Control and management of Procurement budget, for projects and annually for the department
- Create quarterly procurement plans for all studios and operations
- Manage and own departmental monthly KPI
- Closely working with the accounting department for monthly and yearly reports preparations.
- Studio and operational Equipment risk statistic calculation.
Budget control and cost optimization
- Manage and own studios CAPEX and consumables budgets
- Manage and own procurement budgets for projects
- Manage and execute price negotiation and tenders with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage and own departmental monthly KPI
- Creating procedures and instructions for budgets control and management
Studio projects: planning, building and innovation
- Coordinate studio design manufacturing, delivery and installation
- Collaboration with Project management and delivery teams for planning and executing projects.
- Collaboration with design and Technical Operation teams for studio delivery projects
- Manage knowledgebase for Studio procurement handling and management.
- Establishing the process for testing new equipment in the studio.
Technical projects: research and implementation
- Collaborate in research of technological innovation solutions for Ezugi studio operations
- Follow up on the latest equipment offered by gaming providers and technical equipment of the industry.
