We are looking for a Process Design Engineers to join one of our client's projects for Energy, Oil and Gas Industry Facillities.
Location: Ploiesti, Romania

The Process Engineer, working in projects for power plants, refineries, oil and gas production facillities, renewable energy, will be responsible for:

Preparation of Basis of Design
Basic Parameters for Emission and Effluent Limits
Feedstock Characteristics
Tie-in Point Conditions
Specification of Utilities
Specification of Chemicals, apparatus, pipes and vessels
Material Selection Specification
Safeguarding Philosophy
Process Control Philosophy & Control System Description
Heat & Mass Balance Process
Heat & Mass Balance Utilities
Environmental Impact Study
Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP)
Mechanical Equipment List with process parameters
Utility Consumption List
Process Flow Diagrams
P&ID
Commissioning procedure
Operation manual for process plant
In addition to the usual software and hardware programs, he must be proficient in the process simulation programs: PROII, HYSYS.

Experience of commissioning and operation of process plant is an advantage.
