The position supports multiple projects within the marine sector by ensuring clear planning structures, reliable progress reporting, and consistent project visibility across the organization.
The position is based in Galati and works closely with project managers, site teams, and the PMO organization across multiple locations.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting project managers with planning and schedule follow up on marine projects.
Maintaining and updating project schedules and progress reports.
Collecting, validating, and structuring project data from shipyards and sites.
Preparing regular project status and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting PMO standards, templates, and reporting routines.
Contributing to continuous improvement of planning and reporting practices.
