Candidatul Ideal
We are looking for a Senior Data Business Analyst to join a Data / BI transformation initiative. The role is central to bridging business requirements and technical solutions, contributing to multiple data initiatives across the organization, including the migration from an existing data platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Architects, and development teams in a mixed on-site and remote setup.

- Proven experience in a Senior Data Business Analyst role
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience on complex BI / Data Warehouse projects in corporate environments
- Experience in retail and/or acquisitions is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse architectures
- Experience with BI / DW tools (Cognos required, Talend appreciated)
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Strong listening skills and stakeholder-oriented approach
- Team player with a facilitation and collaboration mindset

- Analyze existing data sources and identify gaps versus target data solutions
- Redesign and evolve data marts in collaboration with the Data Architect
- Align business stakeholders on data definitions, KPIs, indicators, and business rules
- Translate business needs into clear and structured functional data requirements
- Produce functional specifications, source-to-target mappings, and test plans
- Act as the main interface between business teams and Data / BI technical teams
- Facilitate workshops (scope definition, requirements gathering, usage clarification)
- Manage and track functional progress using Jira (backlog, user stories, prioritization)
- Contribute to testing, data validation, and functional acceptance
- Support business teams in adopting new datasets and BI solutions
