Plant Projects Engineer (CAPEX & Industrial Projects)

Are you an engineer who enjoys turning technical ideas into successful industrial projects?
Join Coca-Cola HBC and play a key role in delivering engineering, infrastructure, and CAPEX projects that improve manufacturing performance, operational reliability, and sustainability
As a Plant Projects Engineer, you will coordinate capital investment projects from concept through commissioning, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and external contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
What you'll do
Coordinate engineering, CAPEX, infrastructure, and construction projects throughout their entire lifecycle
Prepare technical studies, feasibility analyses, project scopes, budgets, and implementation plans
Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and performance to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and engineering partners
Ensure compliance with technical, quality, environmental, and health & safety standards
Support production continuity during the implementation of new equipment and infrastructure upgrades
Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and water consumption
Monitor project KPIs and ensure expected business benefits and return on investment are achieved
Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline
Experience coordinating or delivering engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial infrastructure projects
Experience managing CAPEX investment projects is an advantage
Strong planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
Advanced English communication skills
Nice to have
Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of industrial utilities and production systems
Experience working with contractors and engineering consultants
Familiarity with project management methodologies and planning tools
