Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and similar work experiences;
- More than 3 years’ experience in Maintenance Department (Experience with pumps, heat exchangers, installations that operate with water, liquids)
- Computer skills in MS Office programs or similar;
- Team leadership skills;
- Advanced level of English;
- Knowledge of Autocad is an advantage.
Job Description
- Identifies the defects appeared at mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic installations and equipment specific to the production sections, in explosive and non-explosive environment.
- Removes defects in a timely manner, maintains specific installations and equipment, performs planned overhauls according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. The area of knowledge includes instruments for measuring temperatures, levels, pressures, automatic valves and other equipment in the production or utility sections.
- Keeps track of repairs performed and spare parts, consumables and AMC verification according to the manufacturer's and legal requirements.
- Plans the periodic maintenance activities in accordance with the indications of the equipment manufacturers and with the operating standards in force, ensures that there are spare parts necessary to carry out the corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Creates maintenance plans for equipment, evaluates and proposes measures to improve and streamline them to maintain equipment in normal operating parameters. Participates in the elaboration of recovery plans and follows the execution of the activities planned for these intervals
- Maintains and operates efficiently and safely all existing equipment in the production and utility sections to ensure their proper functioning
- Modify equipment parameters according to the requirements of the production process.
- Performs preventive maintenance inspections with the thermal imaging camera and other methods for detecting the condition of the components and prepares reports, plans the execution of future remedial interventions
- nvolves in specific projects regarding the modernization, improvement, installation or upgrade of some equipment in the production sections.
- Collaborates with other departments in order to develop, implement and improve the technological process, various machinery and equipment
- Maintains an update of the technical and automation documentation according to the changes made
- Creates and updates work instructions for equipment.
- Investigates the causes of defects and proposes improvement solutions in order to minimize defects. Respects the safety and labor protection requirements
- Participates in maintenance meetings
- Reports to the superior the daily status of the works, evaluates the performance trends of the equipment’s and is responsible for minimizing the impact of the defects in the availability of the equipment’s
