Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 2–5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Experience in progress reporting and delay analysis is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to actively participate in project meetings
- Fluent in English and Romanian
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Descrierea jobului
- Coordinates planning activities within the department.
- Prepares and updates the short-, medium-, and long-term schedules of works.
- Monitors the progress according to the schedule and identifies the differences between planned and actual execution.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure coordinated planning.
- Ensures the efficient use of available resources.
- Prepares periodic reports and presents them to the management.
- Identifies the operational risks and proposes preventive measures.
- Proposes solutions and adjustments when changes appear in the schedule.
- Uses planning systems and tools to keep data accurate and up to date.
- Improves planning and schedule tracking processes for a more efficient execution.
- Develop and maintain the project baseline schedule
- Continuously update the schedule in line with on-site progress
- Monitor schedule deviations and assess their impact on the critical path
- Prepare regular progress reports, completion forecasts, and S-curves
- Support the project team in delay analysis and preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims
- Integrate all approved changes into the project schedule
