Candidatul Ideal
- Higher education: Technical University - Bachelor degree (Master degree is a plus) - i.e. Mechanical / Piping Engineering.
PREVIOUS WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar positions in engineering companys.
- Working experience in piping and layout sector, specifically in iron making plants, water & gas treatment, Oil & Gas.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND TOOLS:
- Autodesk platform, Naviswork and 3D platforms (e.g. AVEVA E3D) advanced knowledge
- Microsoft Office
OTHER SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility.
- Highly effective communication skills with stakeholders & suppliers.
- Fluent in English language. Italian language is a plus.
- Manages time and priorities effectively.
- Works well under pressure – managing internal customer expectations, time constraints etc.
- Self-starter – initiates search for new ideas and continuous improvementAbility to coordinate internal/external teams.
- Available for international business trips.
Descrierea jobului
Individual responsibilities will be established based on personal expertise, in order to perform the following activities:
- Carry out equipment general lay-out.
- Carry out 3D model discipline studies.
- Create and check discipline items lists for “3D Model Progress monitoring” protocol associating relevant dates.
- Support 3D Model Coordinator providing engineering optimized, integrated, competitive solutions.
- Perform 3D model activities for related discipline in order to carry out 3D CAD model engineering development from concept engineering phase up to issue of construction drawings.
- Ensure coordination / supervision of engineering 3D modelling activities carried out by external Engineering Operating Centres.
- Ensure proper verifications / controls during engineering development and supervise issue of engineering deliverables coming from 3D model for related discipline.
- Produce MTO for relevant discipline.
- Execute and follow up 3D Model activities until 3D Model hand-over to Site.
- Participate to 3D model reviews and collect outcomes to be implemented into 3D model for related discipline.
- Ensure preparation of engineering documents.
- extraction of bill of materials and other information from the 3D CAD model.
- Update documents after comments issued by other disciplines (inter-discipline checks) or external stakeholders (Client, Yards, Third party review, etc.) for related discipline.
- Ensure freezing of project engineering documents / engineering close out as per schedule.
- Interface with Engineering Companies for the relevant discipline.
- Provide all necessary input information to Engineering Company at beginning and during the execution.
- Daily follow-up of progress, check and validate detail choices of Engineering Company.
- Monthly validation of engineering progress deliverable wise, performed by Engineering Company.
- Review and validation of external engineering company drawings.
- Develop pipe rack section & height, piping & electrical cable trays location on pipe rack, road width and clearance, turn radius, etc.
- Monitoring of clash resolution
- Engineering support during construction phase.
