3-5 years of experience in international payroll, ideally in a multinational or SSC/BPO environment;
Strong attention to detail and ability to validate large amounts of data;
Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
Fluenct in **English.**

**This role is part of the team operating payroll for USA (recent transition).** It best fits candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working in complex international environments, and able to navigate legislative requirements and employee communications. Collect, consolidate, and validate payroll inputs from mutiple sources (systems, HRBPs, etc); Perform plausibility checks to ensure correctness of documents, compliance with taxation rules, deductions, and legal requirements; Get involved with transitions for additional payroll sub-process, documenting and testing scenarios; Ensure compliance with local legislation and share updates on any legislative changes; Manage payroll reporting and sign-off of statutory and final reports; Facilitate communication with employees on payroll matters; Support on international assignment cases impacting payroll; Act as back-up for other country payroll as needed; Hours of operations: 9AM - 5PM (flexible).
