Develop and execute seasonal and creative dessert menus aligned with brand and company standards.
Maintain the highest levels of quality, consistency, and presentation across all pastry products.
Train, mentor, and motivate junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
Conduct regular quality and hygiene checks to ensure compliance with HACCP and company policies.
Manage ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and cost efficiency, ensuring sustainable and waste-minimizing practices.
Stay up to date with modern pastry trends and integrate innovative techniques into menu development.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to gather guest feedback and refine pastry offerings.
Contribute to special events, banquets, and customized dessert experiences for our guests.
