- Advanced language skills (C1 or C2) of English and French
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written;

- Good PC operating skills is a plus.
Your main role will consist in:
- Client support via email/phone (in industries like internet connections, sport devices, networking tools, car parts etc.)
- Advise the customers regarding their requests and offering specific solutions/information;
- Respond to all customers’ enquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines;
- Easily finding solutions for the customers.
