Candidatul Ideal
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics within an industrial environment, preferably automotive.
- Experience in packaging and handling solutions for automotive is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Packaging Design, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)
- Experience with 3D CAD tools (CATIA V5)
- Fluent in English

Packaging Definition
- Define and quote accurate, cost-efficient packaging concepts, prioritizing returnable packaging solutions.
- Transform initial concepts into detailed packaging studies using 3D tools.
- Develop prototypes, pre-series, and series packaging specifications.
- Coordinate prototype packaging construction with suppliers and internal teams.
- Validate packaging through static and dynamic testing.
- Create packaging usage instructions and emergency packaging solutions.
- Define packaging for spare parts and aftermarket.
Supply Chain Definition
- Define sustainable and cost-efficient supply chain concepts (transport, delivery methods, packaging loop size, IT systems).
- Develop Logistics Flow Diagrams (VSM).
- Build and track supply chain planning in collaboration with the program team.
- Validate logistics solutions with suppliers, plants, and customers.
- Implement and optimize logistics flow up to mass production.
- Finalize logistics agreements with suppliers and customers.
