Packaging Planner – Logistics Department

• University degree;
• 3-5 years experience in the field or in similar field;
• Proficiency in English;
• MS Office, Outlook knowledge;
• Medium-level SAP knowledge;
• Strong time‑management and resource‑management abilities;
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
• Clear and adaptable communication style;
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of internal processes;
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic or unexpected situations.

• Coordinate and launch packaging orders based on production needs, ensuring compliance with internal and customer standards;
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and related systems;
• Manage packaging orders for OEM customers and track them through to delivery;
• Oversee alternative packaging orders and monitor deliveries to prevent operational disruptions;
• Perform regular stock accuracy checks and escalate risks or discrepancies when needed;
• Implement improvements to optimize packaging flow and prevent bottlenecks;
• Create new packaging codes (PN) and develop or update packing instructions, ensuring zero‑error documentation;
• Periodically review packing instructions to keep them accurate and up to date.
