We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Outbound Telesales Advisors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and identify selling opportunities through outbound sales calls
  • Manage and convert inbound leads effectively
  • Optimize new business and identifying the best solution for our customers
  • Exceed agreed KPIs and targets consistently
  • Maintain high-quality communication with customers via calls and written correspondence
  • Stay informed about our products and services to provide comprehensive assistance
  • Utilize CRM systems to accurately record customer interactions
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to maximize productivity
  • Foster a collaborative team culture by working across various departments

General Objectives of the Role:
  • Achieve individual and company KPI’s
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets
  • Successfully process fuel card credit applications

Salary:
Starting at 2500 lei Net (increase after 3 months probation) + OTE (on target earnings)
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Work Location: Office based
