• Previous experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance role.
• SAP experience is required; Cash Application experience is a plus.
• Experience with account reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Native Romanian speaker, knowledge of English at B1–B2 level.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and able to integrate easily into a team.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Process improvement and results oriented mindset

• Ensure the effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash processes in line with agreed deadlines, SLAs, internal controls, and audit recommendations;
• Perform daily cash processing activities, including payment allocation, payment clearing, payment reversals;
• Perform other cash application transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of financial data;
• Execute transaction processing tasks in SAP according to established procedures, while reviewing and validating payment-related information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance;
• Prepare operational reports, perform data checks and transaction validations, and utilize Excel (including macros).
