Order Support with German

• Bachelor's degree level education;
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Fluency in English and B2–C1 level in German;
• Medium to advanced Microsoft Office tools knowledge.

• Manages customer/partner backlog daily, ensuring timely actions to meet SLA requirements;
• Monitors backlog tools and takes corrective actions on delayed orders;
• Provides backlog analysis and summary reports to customers and account teams when required;
• Handles claims, exceptions and special requests in compliance with agreed procedures;
• Coordinates and validates customer change requests to ensure accuracy and alignment with policies.

• Ensures all orders are invoiced and closed in the system, minimizing financial disputes;
• Supports revenue maximization and reduces field inventory through constant analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.

• Acts as the single point of contact for customers, providing proactive updates and timely support on orders and claims;
• Coordinates with internal teams and advises stakeholders on processes and policies.

• Salary: 6000 RON net;
• Language bonus (600-900 RON net - based on your level);
• Meal tickets: 30 RON/day;
• Private medical subscription;
• Rest days: 24 days/year.
