QUALIFICATIONS:

- Computer Science or related area degree
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly
- Good knowledge of Application Server concepts and technologies
- Good knowledge of the underlying internet technologies (HTTP, TCP/IP, etc)
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows, etc.) Good Java programming knowledge like JSP, Servlet, OC4J, Web Service and EJB
- Technical understanding of associated iAS technologies including: HTTP Server, OC4J, Enterprise - Manager, Networking, Portal, Identity Management
- Technical understanding of Oracle Internet Directory
- Basic understanding of Oracle RDBMS and SQL /PL-SQL
- Able to define technical architecture and hardware requirements for Oracle Application Server

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide consulting delivery services both as an individual and as a team member.
- Provide Oracle customers with assistance on:
- Oracle Application Server Installs
- Oracle Application Server Configuration Health-check
- Oracle Application Server Performance Tuning
- Oracle Application Server Architectural Planning
- Assist Oracle customers in solving technical issues related to Oracle Application Server
- Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new product releases
- Operating within Oracle business proceses and procedures
