• Processing of logistic data in Excel spreadsheets and preparing format for posting and reporting
• Collecting and posting data for E transport application, according to new legal regulations
• Communication with the selected forwarder and carrier
• C ollaboration with other departments in the offices ( on a daily basis with: Sales, Retail and Finance)
• Active participation in tracking surpluses and shortages on deliveries
• Participation in controlling and monitoring stocks in the warehouse
• Preparation of regular and periodic reports from the scope of his work, to direct manager
