Operations Specialist with German

• Studii superioare finalizate;
• Limba germana – nivel bun/avansat (esential pentru interactiunea telefonica);
• Experienta anterioara de minim 1 an in zona financiara, logistica sau administrativ;
• Abilitati foarte bune de organizare si lucru cu masterliste (Excel);
• Capacitate de a comunica eficient si de a gasi solutii rapide.

• Gestionarea si monitorizarea proceselor de reparatie sau inlocuire a bunurilor/vehiculelor;
• Comunicarea constanta cu fabricile si importatorii externi (email si telefon);
• Actualizarea dashboard-urilor operationale si a bazelor de date;
• Coordonarea fluxului de documente intre departamentele implicate;
• Asigurarea respectarii termenelor limita pentru procesele de casare sau remediere.
