Billing Specialist (German)

• Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English (B2/C1 level).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), G Suite, and ERP systems.
• Accounting Knowledge: Foundational understanding of accounting principles.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a team and work under tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Capability to analyze complex problems and identify optimal solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High level of rigor and precision in all tasks.

• Performs routine billing and month end close work from all Iron Mountain systems
• Ensure completeness of monthly billing.
• Ensure that billing processes and internal audit standards are followed
• Ensure the application of billing processes and internal audit standards (Sox)
• Identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions.
