You will work closely with our client-facing teams (pharma Sales and Project Managers) and our supplier-facing function (Procurement), keeping everyone aligned with up-to-date event intelligence and polished client-ready materials.

Event & Congress Intelligence: Research congress dates, venues and destinations; monitor changes (date shifts, venue changes, new hotel options, local constraints).
Database & CRM Administration: Maintain clean, structured records across our database/CRM so teams can trust the information. Build and maintain internal templates/checklists for consistent outputs.
Client Documentation: Draft and assemble information packs, ensuring documents are clear, accurate and professional.
Digital Communications: Create and schedule our weekly newsletter (copy, layout, links) and draft LinkedIn posts aligned with our tone of voice.
Website Content: Populate and update website pages with event information and other approved content (basic CMS work; training provided).
Operational Supplier Research: Identify and document smaller third-party suppliers; capture details in a usable format for Procurement/Operations (contacts, lead times, indicative pricing).
Basic Design Support: Create or edit simple visuals for LinkedIn and newsletters using Canva and/or Figma (templates, resizing, brand-consistent layouts).
What We’re Looking For
Attributes: We are looking for a serious, dedicated and punctual individual who is eager to learn new thingsand grow within the company.
Communication: Excellent written English (British English standards), comfortable writing clear, client-facing copy.
Organisation: Strong organisational skills and proven attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Confident with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, CMS, newsletter builders).
Adaptability: Able to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
* Nice to Have:
- Experience in events, travel, hospitality or congress-related services.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Figma or Canva.
Success Looks Like
- Our database/CRM information is consistently accurate and current.
- The newsletter goes out on time, looks great and requires minimal revisions.
- Pre-event packs are clear, correct and genuinely useful to clients.
- Teams can access supplier options quickly, with reliable notes and contacts.

Our office is centrally located in the heart of Iași, offering a premium working environment:
- 2-minute walk from the Metropolitan Cathedral (Mitropolie), the National Theatre and Iași City Hall (Primăria Iași).
- 6-minute walk from Palas Mall.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary Package: A competitive fixed monthly net salary plus meal vouchers
- Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus of up to €300, based on agreed KPIs.
