Skills Required:
University degree or Equivalent preferably in an economic/management/technical field
High competency level in use of Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of economics and budgeting.
Strong knowledge of English language : speaking, reading and writing
Demonstrated ability to drive teams
Budget development and oversight experience.

Non-technical skills
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills, strong negotiating skills.
English is a must. German, Russian, Spanish, French are a plus

Project Description:
Operations supervision and reporting at regional level
Responsibilities:
The Operations Coordinator provides reporting, coordination and projects supervising for operations at regional level. He is collaborating with local team to ensure standards implementation and provide help and expertise when needed.
Together with OPR Head create and execute regional and local budgets

Responsibilities:
Assure clear and timely reporting on operations activities and office space management for whole region
Coordinate with local OPR departments to ensure that the organization achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws, including internal standards.
Participate in operations budget creation and execution
Active seek and implement new guidance in order to improve quality of services and reduce operational costs
Initiates and drive implementation of major projects including capital investments and improvement projects
Manages direct reports; Establish schedule, quality, and cost targets as instructed by OPR Head
Develop and lead implementation of new initiatives, including strategic resource allocation, sourcing and integration, organizational structure
Participates in cross business activities and external benchmarks to identify best practices that can be leveraged at the site.
Handles other job related responsibilities and tasks that are assigned by the OPR Head
