•Previous experience as a forwarder co-loader or in agency operations is a plus.

•Effective communication skills, to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
•Military service completed.
•Fluency in written and spoken English.
•Proficiency in MS Office applications to prepare presentations and management reports.

Key Responsibilities
•Serve as the first point of contact for customers, deliver an outstanding customer experience to our LCL clients.
•Provide customers daily, weekly, or monthly follow-up reports.
•Track cargo status, ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipments by coordinating with customers and internal teams, destination offices.
•Secure accurate and timely invoicing to customers, approve income entries of the files and/or invoices via the system.
•Follow up on operational processes and resolve issues with foreign offices.
•Identify root causes of cargo profit/loss and report findings to upper management.
•Ensure completion and accuracy of registration processes.
•Adhere to standard operating procedures and customer-specific IOP (Internal Operating Procedure), and monitor related KPIs.
•Proactively identify potential issues and mitigate risks; ensure quick resolution of raised problems.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gaining insights into their business needs, expectations, and goals.
