  • You have 3+ years of experience in internally operated direct response marketing, and you have B2B marketing experience.
  • You worked not only on keeping to a budget, but also on revenue/profit generation and achieved results on your own.
  • You are expert on creating different marketing materials (e-book, presentations, newsletter, blog).
  • You are experienced in running marketing campaigns and creating websites for conversion purposes.
  • You are proficient in online advertising, especially in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • You used various analytical tools during previous jobs, for example, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Metabase.
  • You have experience in list building, collecting subscribers, converting subscribers into customers through newsletters and nurturing.
  • You have an excellent command of Romanian (written and spoken). It is mandatory, because you will be in charge of the Romanian marketing strategy implementation.
  • We have an international team, so we need good command of English as well for meetings and internal communication. Understanding English is not enough, unfortunately, because you also need to express yourself verbally.
  • You are creative and proactive.
  • You are not afraid of challenges, you adapt quickly to new situations.
  • You enjoy learning new things and developing yourself. Even on your own.
Nice to have:
  • You are familiar with marketing/psychological principles (Value Proposition Design, Influence, Jobs to be Done)
  • You have experience in A/B testing and previously improved conversions by finding the better versions, proved by A/B tests.
  • Leading a smaller marketing team fits into your medium- and long-term professional goals.

We are setting new and challenging goals continuously and in order to achieve them, we are looking for an Online Marketing Manager in our team, who will implement the marketing strategy of MiniCRM in Romania.
What would be your tasks?

  • Implementing the marketing strategy of MiniCRM.
  • Landing page content development.
  • Continuous optimization of PPC campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Creating and finalizing educational ebook materials.
  • Collaborating with the entire marketing team in analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Brainstorming on creative projects which aim at gaining new customers.

The team

The goal of our marketing team is to make MiniCRM known among SME companies in Romania and Hungary. We are generating leads through educational content marketing, Facebook and Google PPC campaigns, case studies and feature presentation websites and leads are arriving in our MiniCRM system. The next step is to transform this leads into serious prospects through newsletters that match their interests. They are constantly receiving colorful, interesting educational materials from where they can find out how the CRM approach and MiniCRM as a solution can help a business in generating more revenue, save time and money, and comply with the legal requirements.
