We are building a new multidisciplinary team that will offer global suport to hundreds of customers. Each member should be client-oriented, patient, able to solve problems, higly competitive and eager to work in a fast paced environement.

Everyone’s welcome. Even if you are still a student or have just graduated, you are welcome to apply, this position does not require previous work experience.

We have two main and important assignments for you in this new team:

No.1 - The purpose of this assignemnt is to complete the fulfilment of all Online customers. This includes all customer queries either via phone or mail, customer booking updates post airline schedule changes and ensuring the fulfilment of all customer documentation

No.2 The purpose of this assignemnt is to deliver a one-stop support desk to our customers who are both on the road and require either a date, route or airline change or are in an emergency situation requiring our urgent assistance.

What you’re accountable for?

Having 2 assignments your responsibilities might include the following:

  • Perform a range of customer service functions including: ticketing, airline contracts loading, ticket refunds, answering air and land queries via email or phone
  • Communicate pertinent information (such as date changes, confirmations of bookings) to customers via email
  • Identify and escalate incidents requiring urgent attention
  • Provide support and assistance to different branches and travel experts around the world
  • Complete daily reports and provide shift handover to other team members.
