SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
KEY TASKS OF THE ROLE:
- Is directly responsible for fulfilling the attributions and provisions of the job duties established in this job description.
- Is directly responsible for keeping material or other assets under his/her management.
KEY TASKS OF THE ROLE:
- is involved in the analysis of the competition.
- carries out market studies to identify potential customers.
- prepares, together with the management, the advertising plan (broadcasting media, timing, objectives).
- analyzes advertising offers in collaboration with the management (to have a unity in promoting the image), designs advertising materials.
- is in direct collaboration with advertising companies.
- proposes, creates and implements new products.
- analyzes existing services and products, making constructive proposals for raising their quality and diversifying them.
- prepares and submits monthly reports to the management.
- continuously carries out documentation through visits to the competition.
- launches requests for offers for a new product launched on the market.
- designs strategies for attracting new customers.
- designs questionnaires for the market study.
- carries out data collection and related statistical processing.
- writes the market study report.
- prepares reports on macroeconomic developments, forecasts and their implications for company policy.
- manages a series of statistical data: number of customers, number of operations, product evaluation.
- produces monthly reports on these areas of interest.
- immediately notifies the Management of any irregularities found.
- demonstrates availability for dialogue, receptivity, calmness, tact in work relations.
- demonstrates special care in handling and using the materials and equipment he receives to avoid their damage, destruction or loss.
