Candidatul Ideal

Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the office
Coordination of office movement
Administration of office benefits
Maintain office documentation, records, and administrative files
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services
Coordinate visitor access and meeting room scheduling
Organize business travel arrangements for employees, including bookings and logistics
Support management with scheduling and coordination of meetings when required
Ensure the office is properly maintained and coordinate repairs or maintenance when
needed
Liaise with building administration, landlords, and external service providers regarding
office facilities and utilities
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and furniture
Maintain inventory records for office equipment and administrative assets
Coordinate workspace setup for new employees in collaboration with HR and IT teams
Support the organization of internal office events and employee engagement activities
Monitor vendor services and assist with contract renewal timelines
Support internal communication and collaboration between departments
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management when required

Descrierea jobului

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, office support, or a similar role
Experience working in a dynamic office environment
Experience in coordinating office logistics and administrative processes is an advantage

Knowledge
Knowledge of office administration procedures and practices
Basic understanding of procurement and vendor coordination processes
Basic understanding of budgeting or expense monitoring is considered an advantage

Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools
Familiarity with standard office software (email, documents, spreadsheets)
Experience using workplace communication tools (e.g., Slack) is an advantage
English language proficiency – minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
Studies in administration, business, or secretarial studies are considered an advantage
Nice to have experience in Jira tool or similar ticketing system
