Manage CEO’s calendar and organize meetings, board sessions, and travel;
Take accurate minutes at board meetings;
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events;
Handle correspondence, documents, and office administration;
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
Maintain a well-functioning and professional office environment.
Requirements:
English language: medium-fluent or higher, spoken and written;
Previous experience in executive assistance or office management is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information;
Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
