Office work adminstration, receiving orders from client & mail repling, stocks preparation & follow up with orders delivery, invoicing,
1. Getting phones and their distribution within the company.
Transmit messages personnel company, if they aren`t at their offices.
2. Managing input, output and the flow of correspondence:
- Ensure the transmission of correspondence (receives and distributes mail, send correspondence by courier under instructions) and take forward: requests, reports, invoices, contracts, etc.;
-taking and transmission of faxes
3. Activities of the Secretariat management company:
-Drafting or printing various documents at the request of management
-agency liaison with the travel / tourism service providers for hotel reservations, plane tickets
good-tracking operation of fixed assets for common use and provide the necessary consumables
-providing service photocopying, filing and archiving management organization
-evident materials protocol, a rechizitelor, participate in setting consumption needs of the department -
4. Operearea various internal records in the books:
-payment orders,
