- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role;
- Very good command of English (written and spoken);
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Experience with travel booking platforms or agencies is an advantage.

- Plan and coordinate business trips and delegations, including booking transportation and accommodation;
- Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, transport providers, and courier companies;
- Organize and support internal events, meetings, and company activities;
- Handle courier services, shipments, and document tracking;
- Maintain effective collaboration with external partners and suppliers, both locally and internationally;
- Ensure accurate administrative documentation and timely follow-ups;
- Provide general office and administrative support to internal teams;
- Support office logistics and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
