Candidatul Ideal

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role;
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken);
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Experience with travel booking platforms or agencies is an advantage.

Descrierea jobului

  • Plan and coordinate business trips and delegations, including booking transportation and accommodation;
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, transport providers, and courier companies;
  • Organize and support internal events, meetings, and company activities;
  • Handle courier services, shipments, and document tracking;
  • Maintain effective collaboration with external partners and suppliers, both locally and internationally;
  • Ensure accurate administrative documentation and timely follow-ups;
  • Provide general office and administrative support to internal teams;
  • Support office logistics and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
