Candidatul Ideal

You will be part of our mission and will help our team in Romania to grow and develop further.
You will need to feel comfortable in handling admin and operational tasks, as well acting as a people advisor.
You will help all our team to be more effective and efficient

We would like to have :
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology or Business Administration);
  • Great attention to details is a must;
  • Proactive helper – you know when others need support, and act without being asked;
  • Flexible personality and fast adaptive to change of situations;
  • Mature and responsible;
  • Extreme discretion in handling details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature;
  • Good planning and time management skills – able to multitask and prioritize, focused on getting things done;
  • High level verbal and written communications skills, fluent in English;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

Descrierea jobului

  • Be the trusted person for the leadership team as well as for the entire team for any kind of daily issues;
  • Setting up & keeping track of employees’ paperwork and files, contracts
  • Ensure personnel administration is up to date, lease with Accountant requests, when needed;
  • Monthly reports drafting
  • Keep perfect track of important company documents (archive/storage);
  • Assisting with internal company communication and engagement initiatives (events, anniversaries, benefits, training etc);
  • HR budget management and monthly reporting ;
  • Receipt and transmission of invoices from suppliers to the Finance department
