What kind of work would you be doing?
  • Act as a valued business partner, building trust by consistently delivering against financial targets and metrics that will reliably deliver results;
  • Understand and influence the value drivers, driving customer centered innovation and capture value from deals;
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies in line with annual operating plan;
  • Collaborates with key internal stakeholders to prioritize internal resources, reduce obstacles, drive decisions and advance (accelerate) sales opportunities.
Impact / Scope
  • Seek to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing);
  • Monitor performance using key metrics and prepare reports for the Senior Leadership Team;
  • Show sound commercial judgment across a wide span of control, with evident and excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Drive a culture where Market share, Turnover and Gross Margin are at the heart of the promotional planning decision making process.
  • Sound knowledge and proven experience in implementing Route to Market strategies;
  • Good understanding of local Food market – previous exposure on Traditional Trade channel is mandatory.
