We are looking for a motivated, out of the box, National sales manager, with a proven experience as a digital Sales manager with minimum 7 years of digital sales experience, to join our company in a special professional growth track to manage the sales and marketing all over the Romanian market.
This job requires a candidate which is creative having an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of urgency, drive for results and the ability to develop new businesses, grow existing digital revenue while developing and retaining strong client relationships.
It is required that the potential candidate will possess a deep understanding of the entire digital marketing and social media landscape. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in display advertising, email marketing, social and content marketing, SEM, SEO as well as analytical, organized, solution-minded, and customer centric.
We seek for a self-managed candidate with ability to define strategies as well as someone who is an effective communicator and presenter; crafts compelling presentations and presents confidently at a senior level.
The candidate must have a former proven track record of deal closers and growing businesses as a sales manager in the digital marketing and social media domain, while meeting and exceeding the company goals. A creative problem solver, detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to deliver value and input to our rapidly evolving sales organization.

Job description:

  • Create and accomplish meetings with new potential clients according to the company client’s strategy;
  • Create and develop pitch decks / presentations, media plans, and all supporting materials needed to clients’ meetings and respond to RFPs;
  • Develop new strategies for attracting new clients;
  • Sustain long-term partnership with current and new clients;
  • Prepare sales reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
  • Develop a complete country operation plan in order to continuously enlarge the company growth in the Romanian market.
  • Proven experience as sales manager / sales leading position in a Digital Marketing Agency with proven former experience of minimum 7 years;
  • Possess a deep understanding of the entire digital marketing & social media landscape;
  • Self-managed and motivated person, having the skill in allocating new clients based on the company profile requirements;
  • Developing new clientele opportunities that drive results;
  • Working with the account management teams on optimization strategies to ensure campaign delivery and attainment of customer goals;
  • Confident and persuasive communicator with strong motivation;
  • High Negotiation skills;
  • Ability to plan and time managing of daily duties;
  • Participating in networking events when required;
  • Communication skills in Romanian and English (conversation level);
  • Create and develop pitch decks / presentations, media plans, and all supporting materials needed to respond to RFPs;
  • Managerial abilities to operate and lead the entire company’s operations in Romania, in the coming future.
