Your Profile:
- Good command of spoken and written English and Danish - minimum B2 level;
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and Order Management
- Strong O2C, SAP SD, and international trade expertise;
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to drive process improvements and support team development;
- High ownership, accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.

- Serve as SME and primary escalation point for complex orders, credit topics, and delivery issues;
- Handle advanced order validation, special commercial terms, and financial approvals;
- Coordinate priority deliveries with Logistics and resolve high-impact operational issues;
- Oversee documentation quality for complex transactions and ensure audit readiness;
- Monitor high-risk receivables and support Finance in resolving disputes;
- Lead stock analysis and align with Sales/SCM on inventory optimization.
