We announce the opening position of MICE Manager , Romania, Bucharest.

We expect that our new team member has:

Excellent presentation and sales skills.
Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (experience in tourism company will be considered as an advantage).
Highly attentive to detail and organization, strong business acumen.
Proficient or native language, good working English.
Perfect MS office skills.
Driver licence (preferable).

In this position your main responsibilities would include:

Establish and optimize a sustainable MICE workflow process for Romania.
Calculate group requests and ensure accurate documentation.
Engage in direct communication with partners and the MICE department in the Centre of Expertise.
Foster effective communication with agencies involved in MICE activities.
Conduct direct meetings with B2B customers to address their MICE needs.
Conduct ongoing analysis of the MICE market to stay informed about industry trends.
Manage technical aspects related to group activities, including agreements, invoices, and other relevant tasks.
