Candidatul Ideal

We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join our commercial team in Bucharest, responsible for promoting and selling the company’s OTC and Food Supplements portfolio within the assigned territory, in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
This role is responsible for effective territory management, building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacists, and consistently achieving agreed sales and performance objectives, in alignment with the company’s commercial strategy.

Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
High level of self-motivation, accountability, and results orientation
Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team objectives
Strong digital literacy (CRM, CLM, reporting tools)
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in OTC, Food Supplements, or Pharmaceutical sales is considered an advantage
English speaker
Valid driving license
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Promote and sell assigned OTC and Food Supplement products to doctors, pharmacists, and buyers, in line with approved promotional strategies and guidelines.
Achieve agreed sales targets, coverage, and call quality objectives.
Deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality product detailing using approved materials and digital tools (CLM).
Plan, organize, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly field activities to maximize territory performance.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback, and provide structured insights to management.
Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and key buyers.
Ensure accurate, timely, and complete reporting in CRM systems.
Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Sales Force Effectiveness teams to ensure aligned execution of strategies and campaigns.
Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, local regulations, and ethical standards.
